职位描述
1. 负责汽车车身系统的结构设计与开发，包括白车身、内外饰及附件的方案制定与优化。
2. 主导车身系统的CAE仿真分析（如碰撞安全、刚度强度、NVH等），并根据结果迭代设计方案。
3. 参与车身材料选型与工艺可行性评估，推动轻量化技术在车身系统中的应用。
4. 协同底盘、电子等跨部门团队，确保车身系统与整车其他模块的集成匹配。
5. 跟踪行业前沿技术与法规标准，将新技术、新材料融入车身系统开发流程。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、材料科学等相关专业。
2. 3年以上汽车车身系统开发经验，熟悉车身设计流程、工艺标准及法规要求。
3. 精通CATIA、UG等三维设计软件，掌握HyperMesh、Abaqus等CAE仿真工具。
4. 具备扎实的车身结构力学、材料力学知识，能独立完成车身性能分析与优化。
5. 拥有良好的跨部门沟通能力与项目管理意识，能推动复杂项目落地。
