Job Description:
Supply Chain Manager & Operative Order Processing
Location:Chengdu,
P.R.China
Main Responsibilities:
Ø Coordination of order control and processing
Ø Supplier Management
Ø Quality control for spare parts and external services
Ø Expanding the supply chain, finding new suppliers and monitoring them
Ø Scheduling of repairs and spare parts, delivery date monitoring
Ø Inventory control of spare parts
Ø Price and delivery time determination for spare parts internally and externally
Ø Controlling of external work processes, painting, calibrating, measuring, sandblasting, galvanising etc.
Ø Creation of customer quotations and forwarding to the Service Desk
Ø Carrying out availability checks
Ø Create Q reports
Ø Supporting the worldwide service stations in the area of order management
Ø Support the Service Desk
Ø Be responsible for customer long term relationship and loyalty as well as Hydro branding with target to improve the customer satisfaction.
Ø Timely reply customer inquiries and complaints, always be polite and honest to ensure the issue could be solved properly
Ø Be excellent counterpart for customers from inquiry until delivery
Ø Cooperate with other department to fulfil daily quotations and tender to Chinese domestic customers.
Ø Release order confirmation to customer, trace related stakeholders to make sure on-time delivery
Ø According to customer requirement and Daily production situation, cooperate with technician, make the work plan.
Ø Supporting the worldwide service stations in the area of order management
Ø Work together with national and international colleagues and departments such as Technician, sales, SCM
Ø Analyse all claims and inquiries (excl. Technical related), report key issues to line manager to invite related stakeholders to get an one-off solution
Ø Other ad hoc tasks
Requirement:
Ø Customer focus and strong service mind.
Ø Degree in purchasing, manufacture, mechanical engineering or aeronautical engineering
Ø Min. 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain management or purchasing
Ø Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ø Familiar with international trade terms and transportation
Ø Excellent contract management skill
Ø PC and MC Office user, esp. good at Excel, Word, PPT
Ø Reading skill for technical documents, such as CAD, hydraulic drawing,
Ø Experience in ERP, SAP preferred
Ø Display a positive presence, be approachable, enthusiastic and confident
Ø Strong service mindset, proactive thinking and customer oriented and respect the rules
Ø Good at English on writing, reading and speaking, another language is a plus

Ø 对采购配件、服务进行质量管理及相关检查
Ø 编制供应商质量报告
Ø 支持全球服务站的订单管理工作
Ø 为客服专员工作提供支持
Ø 与客户建立长期友好的合作关系，对海德罗品牌在中国的良好声誉，客户对海德罗品牌的忠诚度以及客户满意度负责
Ø 及时回复客户的询问和抱怨，礼貌且坦诚与客户交流，确保问题能够妥善解决
Ø 从询问直至交付，积极主动地与各方协调，提供优质的客户服务
Ø 与各部门合作，完成服务中心日常报价及招投标工作
Ø 确认客户订单，跟踪货物生产及交付进度，确保按时交货
Ø 根据客户需求及生产情况，与技术人员协作，安排日常生产计划
Ø 支持全球服务中心的订单管理工作
Ø 与国内外各部门的同事，保持良好沟通和协作；尤其是技术工程师、销售
Ø 分析整理所有客户的质询，对于集中出现的问题，向直线经理汇报，以获得一次性的最终解决方案；
Ø 完成其他临时交办的任务。
岗位要求：
Ø 专注客户需求和强烈的服务意识
Ø 具有采购、制造、机械工程或航空工程教育背景；
Ø 五年以上的采购或供应链管理经验；
Ø 具有丰富的谈判沟通技巧
Ø 熟悉国际贸易条款及运输流程；
Ø 具有丰富的合同管理经验
Ø 有ERP系统使用经验，最好使用过SAP;
Ø 会使用电脑以及Office软件，尤其熟练使用Excel, Word, PPT系统；
Ø 具有技术图纸的读图能力，如CAD、液压图。
Ø 积极主动，充满工作热情及自信；
Ø 强烈的服务意识、积极主动的思维方式、遵从客户导向的企业文化；
Ø 英文听说读写能力优秀。
