Based on a deep understanding of the grinding process and grinding and polishing application scenarios, we took many years to develop and design an intelligent flexible grinding and polishing force control system,as well as a supporting modular full-automatic flexible Grinding standard workstation(including DFC force control system, automatic sandpaper change equipment, multi-functional standard operation platform and robot), to help enterprises realize automatic grinding, achieve better consistency and uniformity, improve yield, reduce cost and increase efficiency.We have a number of inventions and utility model patents related to force control system and polishing application, and have won the honors and policy support of Suzhou Park Science and Technology Leader and Gusu Angel, with industry-leading technological innovation ability.
