项目采购工程师

Key Areas of Responsibilities 主要职责：
Responsible for new products and new projects involving early cost planning, cost process tracking, and promoting direct procurement engineers to implement project needs and supplier development requirements;
负责新产品，新项目涉及前期的成本策划，成本过程跟踪，推动直接采购工程师落实项目的需求和供应商开发要求；
According to project requirements, cooperate with direct purchasing engineers to implement the search for parts and new technology resources, integrate the BOM cost of the whole machine, and be responsible for the BOM cost of the whole machine;
根据项目要求，和直接采购工程师合作，落实零件，新技术资源的寻找，同时整合整机BOM 成本，对整机BOM 成本负责；
Promote the cost optimization of the whole machine, organize the project team to launch new products, and reduce the price of bulk products. At the same time, organize and track the implementation of various cost reduction tasks in the role of project manager;
推动整机成本优化工作，组织项目团队启动新产品，大货产品的价格降本工作。同时以项目经理的角色组织并跟踪各降本任务的落实；
Understand the price composition of each component involved in the whole machine, have basic knowledge of component technology, have preliminary component price evaluation ability, and make necessary judgments on the quotations provided by direct procurement engineers;
了解整机涉及到的各零部件价格组成，具备基本的零件工艺基础知识，具备初步的零件价格评估能力，对直采工程师提供的报价进行必要的判断；
In daily work, have the responsibilities of both project manager and direct purchaser, actively strive for the implementation of KCT and AKW projects in the factory, track and control cost changes at each stage, and promote process cost reduction;
日常工作中，兼具项目经理和直接采购的工作职责，积极争取KCT,AKW项目在工厂落地，跟踪和管控各阶段的成本变动，同时推动工艺降本工作；

Qualifications
任职资格
Education & Certification 教育及专业资质背景：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics
本科以上学历，项目管理，采购管理，物流管理等
Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能：
- Knowledge of PLC principle is preferred
项目计划，Excel ,Word, PPT 熟练，英语流利。
Experiences Required 经验要求：
- More than 3 years' experience in hardware related and hardware testing
