NEO Jia Hua Advanced Materials(ZIBO）Co., Ltd (“NAMCO”), was founded as a Joint Venture company between Canadian company Neo Performance Materials and Zibo ShiJia Trading company in 1993. Job Summary:
This role is a critical role to support our Head of Finance in the factory and work
with different functions of the company to grow the operation and manufacturing
business. The position will be exposed to all perspectives of Finance
management, including budgeting, financial performance, cost reduction and profitability.
As this role will work very closely with the Head of Finance, it is a great career
opportunity for those who are willing to learn and further develop from a
mid-career towards a more senior role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Providing accurate and timely financial statements
• Assist in providing financial analysis/advice to management
• Support to prepare, manage and monitor the annual budget and monitor variance
• Analyse various costs and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Support in managing budget of Capital Expenditure
• Work with related departments to optimize inventory and capital utilization levels
• Execute internal control and work with internal and external auditors
Required
Skills/Abilities and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree（ Master‘s degree preferred） in accounting or finance (or equivalent account designation)
• 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• Solid cost accounting background and strong drive for cost reduction
• Demonstrated financial budgeting,
reporting, and planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
