【岗位职责】
• 电源类产品硬件开发:包括但不限于MPPT太阳能控制器、DC/DC变换器、离网/并网逆变器、电池充放电模块的电路设计、仿真、调试与优化;完成从原理图到量产的全流程:包括拓扑选型(Flyback/Buck/LLC等)、磁性元件设计、PCB Layout指导、热管理及EMC整改,MCU外围电路,firmware设计;

【岗位职责】
• 电源类产品硬件开发:包括但不限于MPPT太阳能控制器、DC/DC变换器、离网/并网逆变器、电池充放电模块的电路设计、仿真、调试与优化;完成从原理图到量产的全流程:包括拓扑选型(Flyback/Buck/LLC等)、磁性元件设计、PCB Layout指导、热管理及EMC整改,MCU外围电路,firmware设计;
• 产品不良分析及维修:对这个产品有系统了解,可以对产品各子系统进行排查,做元件级别维修;
• 对现有产品进行测试:包含工程样机, 设计变更,成本降低;
• 关键电源的元器件选型,推动成本与性能平衡:通过器件替代、方案优化、供应链协同,实现BOM降本,同时保障产品可靠性;
• 支持产品认证与合规:确保设计符合IPC、IEC、UL、GB等安全与质量标准,配合完成测试与认证;
• 深度参与新产品导入(NPI):协同结构、软件、测试团队,推进样机试产、问题闭环与量产移交;
• 提供技术支援:针对生产与售后中的复杂故障,进行根因分析(RCA)与逆向工程,输出长效改进方案。
【岗位要求】
• 本科及以上学历,电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业;
• 5年以上电力电子或电源硬件开发经验;
• 精通开关电源设计,熟悉常用拓扑、控制环路、安规间距、EMC设计原则;
• 支持产品认证与合规:确保设计符合IPC、IEC、UL、GB等安全与质量标准,配合完成测试与认证;
• 深度参与新产品导入(NPI):协同结构、软件、测试团队,推进样机试产、问题闭环与量产移交;
• 提供技术支援:针对生产与售后中的复杂故障,进行根因分析(RCA)与逆向工程,输出长效改进方案。
【岗位要求】
• 本科及以上学历,电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业;
• 5年以上电力电子或电源硬件开发经验;
• 精通开关电源设计,熟悉常用拓扑、控制环路、安规间距、EMC设计原则;
• 单片机的硬件设计能力,输入传感器及输出驱动的元件选型,测试。 以及Firmware设计,软硬件调试。能独立完成原理图设计,熟练使用Altium Designer, PADS等EDA工具;
• 熟悉主流电源IC(TI、ON Semi、Infineon等)及国产功率器件,比如MOSFET,IGBT的选型应用,及不良分析;
• 具备良好的英文读写能力,能查阅Datasheet与撰写技术文档,以及邮件沟通;
• 高精度高复杂度机械,电子,电气的综合产品的问题分析及技术支持;
• 掌握一定项目管理能力,与协同客户,供应商落实项目措施,有效沟通;

• Design, simulate, and optimize power electronics hardware: MPPT solar controllers, DC/DC converters, off-grid/grid-tied inverters, and battery modules.
• Manage end-to-end development from schematic design to mass production, including topology selection, PCB layout, thermal management, EMC compliance, MCU circuits, and firmware.
• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and component-level maintenance.
• Select key components balancing cost and performance, support certifications (IPC, IEC, UL, GB), and contribute to NPI projects.
• Provide technical support and root-cause analysis for production and post-sales issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• 5+ years in power electronics or power hardware development (photovoltaic, industrial/telecom power, or new energy mobile devices).
• Proficient in switch-mode power supply design, common topologies, control loops, MCU hardware, and firmware development.
• Skilled in EDA tools (Altium Designer, PADS), power ICs (TI, ON Semi, Infineon), MOSFET/IGBT selection, and failure analysis.
• Strong English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
• Project management and cross-team coordination experience is a plus.
