A Project Company Management:
1 Manage the project company's overall operations, including financial, HR, HSE and legal matters.
2 Represent ACWA Power in managing local offtaker relationships, electricity sales/trading, and other commercial activities.
3 Oversee all contracts, including EPC, O&M, and PPA, ensuring compliance with terms and managing disputes, claims, and force majeure events and work together with O&M teams to solve contractual issues
4 Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, the state power grid, and other relevant stakeholders.
5 Administer land matters and coordinate with external agencies for environmental and safety-related matter
B Financial Management
1 Manage the project company's budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to annual financial plans.
2 Provide support for internal audits and ensure systematic closure of identified non-conformities.
3 Per as contract requirements, supervise / control the payment of warranty payment, service fees as required;
C Stakeholder Relations
1 Coordinate and control necessary relations with government officials and the State power grid for the accomplishment of the project's function.
2 Receive, resolve, and respond to shareholders' complaints and feedback.
3 Hold periodic meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to establish operating conditions and maintenance progress.
D O&M Oversight
1 Co-ordinate and control necessary relations with Government officials necessary for the accomplishment of the function, solve any issues with Power Generation Licenses, certificates and so on .
2 Work closely with the O&M team to ensure optimal plant performance and efficiency.
E Reporting
1 Provide official reports to ACWA Line Manager on a weekly/monthly basis, including the operation of the project company and any problems occurred and solutions
2 Any critical operation issues or events in the power plant, shall immediately report to ACWA
Minimum Experience
(Type and duration) Minimum Certified Electrical Engineer( Intermediate Level) is a must;
8 Years in Asset Management or Project Management.
5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of Wind Power plants as Plant Manager is a must
Preferable Wind Power and HV Operation and Maintenance Experience
will be preferred
