MOLDING/MARKING
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
任职资格
Ø Bachelor or above in engineering or material Science, metal related science will be preferred.
Ø 5+ year working experience in EOL process, familiar with Laser Mark process
Ø Proficiently operate MIT /Delong /Hanmi Laser Marking Machine.
Ø Preferably with QFN/LGA/FPBGA product direct experience.
Ø Expertized in process control and improvement, data analysis, and problem solving.
Ø Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
Ø Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
Ø Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
Ø Good verbal and written in English.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Process control & sustain: Documents (FMEA/CP/SOP/WI) generation and update, system creating.
Ø Yield improvement and quality enhancement.
Ø Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken.
Ø New device Artwork / IMI Creation and validation.
Ø Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.
Ø Lead KIP projects on cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity, and productivity
improvements.
Ø Shift left to work with R&D on new material and package development, support AI building.
