KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
1.Success will be achieved through the proactively interfacing with customers and the factory to ensure that customer requirements are met with respect to delivery, door-to-door cycle time, order status updates, and documentation (P.O, shipment instruction, turn time, billing instruction), key duties include.主动进行客户和工厂之间的沟通以保证满足与交货日期,生产周期,定单状态更新和文件(PO,付运指引,turn time,帐单指引)有关的客户要求
2. Build up a good working relationship with customers 跟客户建立良好的工作系
3.Clearly understand customer’s requirements and work with factory to deliver
consistently excellent performance 明确客户的需求,并且与工厂合作提供完善的服务给客户;
4. Close the gap between the customer’s requirements and factory performance in order to achieve total customer satisfaction 缩小客户需求与工厂执行的结果之间的距离,以达到全面的客户满意度;
5.Take good care of customers during visits, including coordination of scheduled visits, facilitating arrangement of accommodations, airport pick up, making dining recommendations, etc. 负责客户来访,包括来访行程安排,食宿,机场 接送的安排等;
6.Coordinate with customers to obtain their demand forecasts and ensure their timely support of the factory with die, other raw materials, and documentation. 与客户紧密联系,以得到销售预测,并确保客户的DIE 能及时提供;同时确保工厂原材料与文件的准备充分;
7. Work with customers to achieve high levels of accuracy on die receipts
vs. forecast and linearity to maximize production efficiency. 紧密联系客户,确保收到的DIE的数量与客户销售预测达到高水平的准确性,保证线性的生产,最大化生产效率;
8.Attend meetings with customers and conduct business in a professional,
efficient, and ethical manner 参加客户会议,以专业,有效的方式进行商业谈判;
9.Work with cross functional departments in order to respond efficiently to
customer needs /requests in a timely manner. 在各部门配合下,及时有效地回复客户的要求;
10.Drive for continuous improvement throughout the process and the
organization. 推动制程与机构的持续完善;
11.Other tentative jobs assigned by Dept. 领导交待的其他工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor’s degree or college with > 1 years working experience 本科及以上学历,1年以上相关经验
2.Computer literacy to the extent that communications and reports can be developed and utilized能熟练运用电脑进行沟通与做报告
3.Efficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows preferred 熟练运用 word/excel/PowerPoint优先考虑
4.Preferred ability with customer service experience 有客服经验者优先考虑
5. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin 英语和普通话说,写流利
6.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with differing personalities 具有良好的沟通技巧,善于与不同类型的人打交道
7.Good presentation skills 具备良好的演讲技巧
8.Professional in attitude and appearance专业的工作态度与形象
9.Willingness to take ownership of work performed 对工作热情,有责任心
10.Applying the appropriate sense of urgency when necessary处理问题时, 紧迫感强
11.Proactive in resolving problems and consistent in following up on open issues能够积极处理问题,并能负责到底
