全国调度中心区域调度主管

Key Responsibilities (关键职责):
Manage the scheduler’s performance in the responsible area; ensure the delivery plan is in an optimized situation.
日常工作：
- Understanding the definition of Driver working hours, make sure the trip time accord with the Linde policy.
- Produce and implement daily plans to manage day-to day swings.
- A key member in distribution to ensure the process is operated smoothly and efficiently.
- Interface with Ops for on-site plants liquid back-up deliveries and as a key coordinator when there are plants overhaul.
- Work with planner and Product Manager to ensure the trip plan optimization are achieved.
- Produce a weekly plan to forecast and communicate significant changes.
- Work closely with system expert to ensure systems are running efficiently and further system development.
- Responsible for Schedulers performance management, analysis the KPI on monthly basis and make sure the continuously scheduling efficiency improves with relevant department.
- Interface with area transportation team to ensure all outstanding issues are solved.
