Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 Be responsible for market research and analysis of design institute related businesses (architectural design, municipal design, landscape design, industrial design, etc., which can be adjusted according to the company's actual business), explore potential customer needs, formulate targeted sales strategies, and complete the annual and quarterly sales targets and payment collection tasks assigned by the company. 负责设计院相关业务(建筑设计、市政设计、景观设计、工业设计等,可根据公司实际业务调整)的市场调研与分析,挖掘潜在客户需求,制定针对性销售策略,完成公司下达的年度、季度销售目标及回款任务。
Develop and maintain core customers in the chemical industry (chemical enterprises, chemical park management committees, relevant government departments for chemicals, chemical engineering companies, etc.), establish long-term and stable customer cooperative relations, deeply understand customers' needs related to chemical design, be responsible for the whole process of customer negotiation, contract signing, performance follow-up and after-sales maintenance, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 开发并维护化工行业核心客户(化工企业、化工园区管委会、化工相关政府主管部门、化工工程公司等),建立长期稳定的客户合作关系,深入理解客户化工设计相关需求,负责客户洽谈、合同签订、履约跟进及售后维护全流程工作,提升客户满意度与忠诚度。
Track industry policies, market trends and competitors' situations, timely feedback market information, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company's product optimization, business adjustment and strategy formulation. 跟踪行业政策、市场动态及竞争对手情况,及时反馈市场信息,为公司产品优化、业务调整及战略制定提供合理化建议。
Be responsible for the daily management, business guidance and skill training of the sales team (if any), lead the team to carry out sales work efficiently, and create a positive team atmosphere. 负责销售团队(若有)的日常管理、业务指导及技能培训,带领团队高效开展销售工作,营造积极向上的团队氛围。
Cooperate with various departments of the company (Design Department, Business Department, Finance Department, etc.) to complete project docking, plan communication, payment settlement and other related work to ensure the smooth progress of the project. 配合公司各部门(设计部、商务部、财务部等)完成项目对接、方案沟通、款项结算等相关工作,确保项目顺利推进。
Abide by the company's rules and regulations, standardize the sales process, do a good job in sorting out and filing sales ledgers and customer files, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data. 遵守公司规章制度,规范销售流程,做好销售台账、客户档案的整理与归档工作,确保销售数据的准确性与完整性。
Job Requirements 任职要求 College degree or above, major in Marketing, Architectural Engineering, Urban and Rural Planning, Civil Engineering and other related majors is preferred; those with excellent conditions can have relaxed educational restrictions. 学历要求:大专及以上学历,市场营销、建筑工程、城乡规划、土木工程等相关专业优先,条件优秀者可放宽学历限制。
More than 3 years of relevant sales experience in chemical design institutes, familiar with the business process, industry norms and market characteristics of chemical design institutes, with strong ability to understand the chemical industry market and accurately grasp the industry development trend and customer needs; those with rich customer resources in the chemical industry are preferred; those with team management experience will get extra points. 经验要求:3 年及以上化工设计院相关销售工作经验,熟悉化工设计院业务流程、化工行业规范及市场特点,具备较强的化工行业市场理解能力,能精准把握行业发展趋势及客户需求;具备丰富的化工行业客户资源者优先;有团队管理经验者加分。
Possess strong market development ability, communication and negotiation ability and pressure resistance, be able to independently develop customers and complete sales targets; have clear logical thinking, be good at analyzing market needs, and have good customer service awareness and team cooperation spirit. 能力要求:具备较强的市场开拓能力、沟通谈判能力及抗压能力,能够独立开发客户、完成销售目标;逻辑思维清晰,善于分析市场需求,具备良好的客户服务意识及团队协作精神。
Integrity, honesty and reliability, strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and enterprising spirit, and able to adapt to business trips according to business needs. 素质要求:为人正直、诚信可靠,具备强烈的责任心、事业心及进取精神,能适应出差(根据业务需求)。
Proficiency in Office software, basic official document writing ability; no bad employment record, and recognition of the company's corporate culture and development philosophy. 其他要求:熟练使用 Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT 等),具备基本的公文写作能力;无不良从业记录,认同公司企业文化及发展理念。
Salary and Benefits 薪资福利 Basic salary (6000-12000 yuan/month, determined according to experience and ability) + high commission + performance bonus + year-end bonus, with no upper limit; the stronger the ability, the higher the income. 薪资构成:底薪(6000-12000 元 / 月,根据经验及能力核定)+ 高额提成 + 绩效奖金 + 年终奖金,上不封顶,能力越强,收入越高。
