岗位职责：
- Responsible for working out the annual and monthly maintenance plan for tooling and analyzing the tooling problems.
负责制定年度、月度工装维护计划并对工装问题进行分析 - Supervise and check the implementing of maintenance plan for tooling, continuously adjust and improve the maintenance plan for tooling.
监督、检查工装维护计划的执行，并做持续调整和改进； - Establish and timely maintain the tooling machine account and archives.
建立工装台帐和工装档案并及时维护 - Work out and timely update the process documents.
制定并及时更新工艺文件 - Check the implementing for the process work instruction, the work instruction for tooling maintenance and the work instruction for reworking.
检查工艺操作指导书、工装维护操作指导书和返修操作指导书的执行 - Work out the reworking schemes and optimization.
制订返修方案并优化 - Draw up the emergency plans for tooling in key work stations
编制关键工位的工装应急计划 - Responsible for the continuous improvement for tooling and process.
负责工装和工艺的持续改进 - Regular analyze the production capacity and operators headcount.
定期的产能分析和人员数量分析 - Organize to analyze the quality problems with department colleagues and put forward the improvement schemes.
组织部门内部对质量问题的分析并提出改进方案 - Solve the quality problems in production process via design all kinds of error proofing.
通过设计各种防错去解决生产过程中的质量问题 - Responsible for working out and updating the standard working hours.
负责标准工时的制订和更新 - Optimize the process of production line via analysis and continuous improvement for the application of ergonomics.
通过对人机工程应用的分析和持续改进去优化生产线的工艺过程。 - Reduce the operation time of bottleneck working station and improve the production efficiency via analysis for the balance of production line.
通过生产线平衡的分析，缩短瓶颈工位时间，提高生产效率。 - Work out the schemes of reducing manufacturing costs related to process and lead implement these schemes.
制订工艺相关的制造成本降低方案，并主导这些方案的实施
- Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing system and electrical engineering.
本科及以上学历在机械、工业、制造系统和电气方面； - More than 3 years’ work experiences in manufacturing industry as manufacturing / industrial engineer
- Experiences in fixtures and tooling management.
夹具和工装管理经验 - Able to operate Auto CAD Software and well versed in Office application software (eg. Word, Excel and Power Point and etc.)
- Be familiar with lean production.
- Be familiar with quality system.
- Able to work in English.
