Scope of Job:

Be fully responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth running of performances. Manage the team's manpower allocation, schedule performance times, and ensure the smooth running of daily performances. Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each position and develop on-site emergency plans. Maintain order and safety at the venue, oversee the performance process, and handle unexpected situations. Ensure high-quality performances to enhance visitor satisfaction and experience.

全面负责演出的组织、协调和保障工作。管理团队的人力分配、计划演出时间,确保日常演出的顺利进行;制作和完善岗位SOP、现场应急预案。维护现场秩序和安全,控制演出流程,处理现场突发情况。确保高质量的演出,从而提升游客的满意度和体验。

Main Responsibilities主要职责

1. ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY PERFORMANCE确保高质量表演:

- Responsible for the supervision and execution of the stage layout to ensure that the stage effect meets the performance requirements.
- Respond quickly and resolve problems that may arise to ensure that the performance goes up properly.
- Respond to emergencies on site, take effective measures in a timely manner, and ensure the continuity and integrity of the performance.
- Improve the quality of performances and services to increase visitor satisfaction.

- 负责现场舞台布置的监督和执行,确保舞台效果符合演出要求。
- 快速响应并解决可能出现的问题,确保表演的正常进行。
- 应对现场突发状况,及时采取有效措施,保障演出的连贯性和完整性。
- 改善表演和服务的质量,提高游客满意度。

2. COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION:沟通和协调:
- Coordinate all resources, including venues, equipments, props, costumes, makeup, etc., to ensure that all work is completed on time with good quality.
- Coordinate with the actors and technicians to ensure the smooth performance.

- 协调各方资源,包括场地、设备、道具、服装、化妆等,确保各项工作按时按质完成。
- 协调现场演员和技术人员的配合,保障演出的顺利进行。

3. TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEPLOYMENT 人员管理与调配
- Reasonable arrangement of personnel scheduling and daily work.
- According to the specific needs of the performance, reasonable deployment of various personnel, including actors, technicians, performance assistants, etc.
- Conduct regular skill upgrading training to improve the overall quality and professional ability of the whole team.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performance of on-site personnel, find and solve problems in time.

- 合理安排人员排班以及日常工作。
- 根据演出的具体需求,合理调配各类人员,包括演员、技术人员、演出助理等。
- 定期进行技能提升培训,以提高整个团队的综合素质和专业能力。
- 监督和评估现场人员工作表现,及时发现并解决问题。

4. RISK & SAFETY 风险与安全
- Conduct risk assessments, formulate safety measures, and ensure the safety of tourists and actors.
- Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team.
- In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it.

- 进行风险评估,制定安全措施,确保游客和演员的安全。
- 管理者/主管负责其团队内所有与健康、安全和安全相关的方面。

5. Health & Safety

Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.

任职要求:

1. Working & Education Background工作和教育背景
- Bachelor degree or above, major in performing arts, theatre management or other related field.
- More than 3 years of entertainment production & operation experience of theme park, including more than 1 years of management experience.

- 本科以上学历,表演艺术、剧场管理或其他相关专业。
- 主题公园娱乐制作与运营经验超过3年,其中管理经验超过1年。

2. Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识
- Skillful to use office software, including Outlook, PPT, Excel, etc.
- Master the knowledge of theater, dance, performing arts, stage management, stage technology, drama and all that.
- Familiar with the operation of various performing arts programs, with excellent stage technology, scenery, stage construction system skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Thorough understanding of show systems, show design, and ability to provide necessary solutions to the team.
- Fluent in English.

- 熟练使用办公软件,包括Outlook、PPT、Excel等。
- 掌握戏剧、舞蹈、表演艺术、舞台管理、舞台技术、戏剧等方面的知识。
- 熟悉各种表演艺术节目的运作,具有出色的舞台技术、布景、舞台施工系统技能。
- 具有领导和激励团队的优秀书面和口头沟通能力。
- 对表演系统、表演设计有深入了解,并能为团队提供必要的解决方案。
- 英文较流利。

1.高铁:上海虹桥站至金山北站(20分钟)+金山北站至办公室(5分钟)车程;

2.班车:

浦东线:自龙阳路地铁站出发,途径秀沿路地铁站后抵达。

浦西线:自莲花路地铁站出发。

金山朱泾线:自金龙新街塘园路出发,覆盖朱泾镇大部分小区后抵达。

金山石化线:自金山百联出发,途径金山万达后抵达。
