I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Providing Comprehensive Legal Support related to Contracts 1. Drafting or reviewing various contracts such as product or services procurement agreements, profit sharing agreements, data processing agreements, based on requests from departments; 2. Participating in contract negotiations if needed; 3. Providing support on filling contract templates; 4. Conducting contract trainings; and 5. Providing assistance for the implementation of Company Contract Policy. (2) Legal Support to Head of Legal Providing other support as required by Head of Legal, such as daft legal policies, corporate legal documents, making training materials etc.. Health & Safety Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
II. QUALIFICATIONS (1) Capable of working in both Chinese and English (2) Having a law degree is a must (3) 2 to 3 years legal work experience is a plus (4) Foreign studying experience is a plus (5) Working experience in MNC is a plus (6) Strong computer skills (especially in Word, PPT and Excel) (7) Good communication skills (8) Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (9) A quick learner on new things (10) Being a multi-tasks player (11) Excellent team player and self-motivator (12) Extraordinary attention to details (13) Being a LEGO fan is a plus
