Product Engineer(产品工程师）

MAT Industries, LLC is the world leading company on air powered products in the United States of America. MAT Industries owns or is licensed many brands that is famous worldwide, for example, DeWalt, Porter cable, Bostitch, Campbell Hausfeld.
MAT has two manufacturer bases in the United States making compressors, we are buying all the different parts for our manufacturer bases in the U.S, as well as the finish products from China and South-East Asia.
MAT Ningbo is a Branch office for MAT Industries in Asia-Pacific doing engineering, sourcing, quality and logistics to support the business and the manufacturing in the US. With the growth of our business, Our Ningbo Branch office is looking for the following position.
Product Engineer ： 1 person
Requirements:
1. College degree minimum. 2 plus years’ working experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance Management, experience in power tool or hardware industry is a plus.
2. Major in Mechanic and Engineering or other engineering.
3. Familiar and skillfully using AutoCAD. Pro-E or SolidWorks experience is a plus,
4. Demonstrated experience using word, Processing, Excel, and presentation software.
5. Ability to communicate using English in both oral and writing.
6. Be capable of traveling domestically and internationally
Job description:
1. Coordinate and manage product development plans, set up, renew/review test plans, test reports, certificates, and technical documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
2. Maintain and update technical documentation, including Declarations of Conformity, compliance statements.
3. Support product compliance for air tools and air accessories, including requirements related to ANSI, ASME, UL marking and applicable directives and regulations.
4. Coordinate and manage third-party testing and certifications (e.g., ETL, CSA and other relevant marks) together with external laboratories and certification bodies.
5. Work and coordinate with quality team and factory to ensure quality requirements are understood and met during development, changes, and supplier onboarding.
6. Contribute to risk assessments related to product safety, quality, and compliance, and support issue resolution when required. Monitor updates to relevant standards and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement activities, audits, and internal guidance training when needed.
Salaries and Welfares:
1. 13 months’ Salary yearly, Monthly Salary negotiable.
2. 12% house funding, Maximum pension according to employees’ annual income.
3. Subsides, 500RMB/day travelling outside China.
4. Traffic Compensations, 500-700RMB/Month.
5. Annual leave with payment, 7 days minimum. One more day after serving every one year.
