Job scope:
1, . Responsible for optimizing Sourcing to Payment processes, improving end-to-end procurement operation efficiency and compliance.
2. Utilize data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) and intelligent tools to leash power of procurement data dashboards by key indicator tracking and optimize BI report based on user requirement continuously, and promote the automation and digital upgrading of procurement operations
3. Familiar with procurement procedures and operations. With experience in supplier sourcing and performance management, with a strong sense of risk identification and control, predicting and avoiding procurement process risks, supplier risks, contract risks, payment risks, etc
