FP&A Director

Description：
1.People manage the Puli FP&A and Finance Business Partner team. Play a mentor role to the team by provide guidance, support and feedback to team member’s day to day job, as well as long-term career development
2.Design and lead the implementation to develop the company’s 10 year business model, 3 year financial plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly financial forecast update and monthly outlook cycle
3.Support Puli management team and Corporate Sr. Director, Finance for all ad hoc financial analysis
4.Lead the Finance Business Partner team to provide 360 degree financial support to Puli’s Commercial, Manufacture Operation, R&D, and G&A team. Play an instrumental role in cross function communication, model designing.
5.Develop and maintain the company’s balance score card to provide visibility to the senior management and ensure alignment with company goals and OKRs.
6.Play an instrumental role in all financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key drivers of financial performance.
7.Perform scenario analysis for sales, cost, gross margin, opex, cash flow and balance sheet projections
8.Build the center of excellence for data analytics.
9.Supporting the Accounting & Finance department as needed
10.Other ad-hoc analysis and reporting activities
Profile：
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting and Financial Management.
2.More than 8 years of FP&A management experience is required, with manufacturing industry experience a must. Experience in medical device companies is preferred.
3.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting, profound database management skills, proficient in excel and MS point. (Power BI, Access and Python as a plus).
5.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6.Effective communicator in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing
