职位概述

我们正在寻找一位高级数据工程师 / 数据架构师，负责构建并扩展一家国际医疗机器人公司的全球数据基础设施。该岗位将支持美国和中国两地的数据生态系统，并在数据分析、人工智能、投诉处理以及远程诊断等关键业务中发挥重要作用。

这是一个高度 hands-on（需要亲自参与技术实现）的岗位，同时拥有数据架构层面的职责，并将在跨区域业务中产生重要影响。

主要职责

负责建设和持续演进基于云的数据平台，以支持数据分析和 AI 相关项目。

维护并扩展数据基础设施，以支持业务分析、客户投诉处理、质量监控以及 AI 工作负载。

设计结构清晰、组织良好的数据模型，提高数据在分析和数据科学场景中的易用性。

建立数据完整性检查机制，并开发数据质量监控仪表盘和自动告警系统。

整合并打通多种数据来源，包括：

医疗设备日志和遥测数据

医学影像数据

CRM / ERP / 现场服务系统

投诉与合规监管系统

与工程团队合作，在云端部署数据分析和自动化工具。

支持医疗设备在现场运行时的自动日志上传，并建立安全的远程诊断能力。

确保数据平台在美国和中国环境中的可扩展性、可靠性以及合适的数据治理机制。

任职要求

具备在至少一种主流云平台上构建数据平台的经验，例如：
AWS、Azure、GCP、阿里云、腾讯云、华为云或类似平台。

具备以下方面的实际经验：

云对象存储（如 S3 / OSS / COS / OBS）

数据仓库或数据湖方案（如 Redshift、Snowflake、BigQuery、MaxCompute、Synapse、ClickHouse 等）

ETL / ELT 数据管道设计及性能优化

具备事件驱动或无服务器（serverless）数据管道经验，以及工作流编排工具经验，例如：
Lambda、Cloud Functions、Airflow、Argo 或类似工具。

至少熟悉一种数据处理技术栈，例如：

SQL + Python

Spark / Flink

基于容器的批处理任务

有通过 API 集成外部系统（如 CRM / ERP / 现场服务系统）的经验，并能够为 BI 或数据分析工具提供数据访问能力（例如 Jupyter、Tableau、Power BI 等）。

有处理大规模日志、遥测或影像数据的经验。

其他资格

具备优秀的中英文沟通能力。

能够与美国和中国的跨区域团队和利益相关方协作。

有医疗器械、医疗健康、机器人或其他受监管行业经验者优先。

对 AI / 机器学习基础设施和数据治理有兴趣或相关经验者优先。

Staff Data Engineer / Data Architect

Location: China (supporting US & China operations)

Role Type: Senior Individual Contributor (hands-on; future team growth potential)

Overview

We are seeking a Staff Data Engineer / Data Architect to own and scale the global data infrastructure for an international medical robotics company. This role will support both US and China data ecosystems and play a critical role in enabling analytics, AI, complaint processing, and remote diagnostics.

This is a highly hands-on position with architectural ownership and cross-regional impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the cloud-based data platform supporting analytics and AI initiatives.

Maintain and expand infrastructure for business analytics, complaint handling, quality monitoring, and AI workloads.

Design clean, well-organized data models to improve ease of consumption for analytics and data science.

Implement data completeness checks, dashboards, and automated notifications to ensure data quality.

Integrate and bridge multiple data sources, including:

Device logs and telemetry

Imaging datasets

CRM/ERP/field systems

Complaint and regulatory systems

Partner with engineering teams to deploy analytics and automation tools in the cloud.

Enable automatic device log uploads and support secure remote diagnostics for fielded medical devices.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and appropriate governance across US and China environments.

Required Experience

Proven experience building cloud-based data platforms on at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, or similar).

Hands-on experience with:

Cloud object storage (e.g., S3/OSS/COS/OBS)

Data warehouse or lake solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, MaxCompute, Synapse, ClickHouse)

ETL/ELT pipeline design and performance optimization

Experience with event-driven or serverless data pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Lambda, Functions, Airflow, Argo, or equivalents).

Strong skills in at least one data processing stack (SQL + Python, Spark/Flink, or containerized batch jobs).

Experience integrating external systems via APIs (CRM/ERP/field systems) and enabling access for BI/notebook tools (e.g., Jupyter, Tableau, Power BI).

Experience handling large-scale log, telemetry, or imaging datasets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Comfortable working across US and China stakeholders.

Experience in medical devices, healthcare, robotics, or other regulated industries is a plus.

Interest in AI/ML infrastructure and data governance.

This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to grow into building and leading a data engineering function as the organization scales.
