职位描述
2. 发票管理 ，负责增值税发票的开具、认证、作废及红冲处理与 监控发票使用情况，确保合规性（如进销项匹配、税率适用）。
3. 税务核算与账务处理，计提各项税费，核对税务科目余额（如应交税费、递延税款），完成税务相关账务调整。
4. 税务合规与风险控制，跟踪税收政策变化，及时调整企业税务操作，配合税务稽查，提供所需资料并协助应对问题。
5.出口退税申报，整理出口报关单、发票、外汇收汇凭证等资料，完成退税系统（如中国电子口岸、退税申报软件）的数据录入与申报，跟踪退税进度，处理税务机关的补正或核查要求。
6. 单证审核与管理，核对出口合同、提单、形式发票等单证的真实性与一致性，确保单证齐全并符合国税局、海关的备案要求。
7.外汇核销与监管，配合外汇管理局完成收汇核销，确保收汇金额与申报金额匹配，监控外汇汇率变动对退税金额的影响。
8.政策研究与合规，熟悉出口退税政策（如退税率调整、跨境电商政策），及时调整企业操作，规避骗税风险，确保业务真实性（如“单货一致”“函调”应对）。
1.熟练使用财务软件（如用友、金蝶）、税务系统及Excel；了解财税法规（如《增值税暂行条例》《出口退税管理办法》）。
2.财会相关专业，持有初级/中级会计职称；
3.严谨细致、抗压能力强，具备政策敏感性和跨部门沟通能力。
