 Identify target market, target customer by deep understanding of the company product, solution offer, market potential and competitor situation
 Define clear sales strategy in the target market along with long term sales target
 Sales execution, regular visit the customer, customize solution offering, close follow up
 Marketing: gathering competitor information, market trend, raise product development request, and involve in the development process, to ensure the right and competitive product in the market. Organize/propose the right exhibition, seminar or other promotion methods
 Order follow up, work with factory to ensure the smooth delivery
Qualification
 Degree or above in Refrigeration, HVAC or Mechanical Electrical related
 Sales experience, could be in charge of key account or sales area. Prefer to have 3-5 years above experience
 English as working language. If not fluent, committed to improve.
 Result orientated. Dare to face challenges.

Total Compensation
 Base salary ranges from 10k to 20k or higher. Annual income varies between 200k and 800k based on sales performance.
