岗位职责:
Drug Discovery Biology
• Design and execute biochemical and cell-based assays to evaluate peptide therapeutics and antibody–peptide conjugates.
• Characterize mechanism of action, potency, and selectivity of candidate molecules.
• Develop assays to study receptor signaling, protein–protein interactions, and pathway modulation.
Lead Discovery and Optimization
• Collaborate with computational scientists to experimentally validate AI-designed peptides.
• Generate biological data to guide structure–activity relationship (SAR) campaigns.
• Prioritize molecules based on biological activity and translational potential.
CRO Management
• Design and oversee experiments conducted at CRO partners.
• Ensure quality, reproducibility, and scientific rigor of external work.
• Integrate internal and external datasets to guide program decisions.
Building Internal Capabilities
• Help establish core in-house biology and assay capabilities.
• Contribute to experimental workflows and scientific infrastructure.
任职要求:
Required
• PhD in biology, pharmacology, immunology, biochemistry, or related field
• 2–5+ years of relevant drug discovery experience
• Experience with cell-based assays and molecular pharmacology
• Ability to thrive in a small startup environment
Preferred
• Experience with peptide therapeutics or biologics
• Experience in oncology, immunology, GPCR biology, or metabolic signaling
• Experience working with CRO partners
Language Requirements
• Fluent Mandarin required
• Professional proficiency in English preferred
