电气自动化工程师

岗位职责 Job responsibilities：
1、 Participate in the machine, tooling, fixture design and installation；
参与机器、工具、夹具的设计和安装；
2、Participate in the automation or upgrade activites for current machines and equipment in the plant;
参与工厂现有机器和设备的自动化或升级活动；
3、Participate in the technical activities of Automation/Kaizen project, with coordination from PV team, including hardware and program modification or optimization;
和工艺团队合作，参与自动化/改善项目的技术活动，包括硬件和程序修改或优化；
4、 Ensure the machine specification is include detail manufacturing process with requirement for cycle time, process parameter, quality of product ...
确保机器规格包括详细的制造工艺，包括循环时间、工艺参数、产品质量要求；
5、Follow up with suppliers with support from PV team during purchase machine phase;
在采购机器阶段，在工艺团队的支持下与供应商跟进；
6、Develop new techology for manufacturing process to improve for the VAVE, quality or automation ratio；
开发制造工艺的新技术，以提高VAVE、质量或自动化率；
7、Develop and maintain machinery's supplier for capability, timeline, cost improvement and new technology development approach；
开发和维护机械供应商的能力、时间表、成本改进和新技术开发方法；
8、Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support during industrialization phase；
在工业化阶段提供技术咨询和故障排除支持；
9、Support trial run and internal audit to achieve target of capacity and quality；
支持试运行和内部审计，以实现产能和质量目标；
10、Support preparing for customer audit/IATF auduit for the tasks releate ENG side；
支持准备客户审计/IATF审计，以完成与工程部相关的任务；
11、Participate in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes；
实施纠正和预防措施以消除根本原因；
12、Perform other tasks assigned by superior；
执行上级分配的其他任务。
岗位要求 Position requirements：
1、Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechatronics, Automation, or other related fields.
电子、电气、机电一体化、自动化或其他相关领域的学士学位；
2、 2 years experience in the similar position in manufacturing company ；
2年制造公司类似职位工作经验。
