出货检验（OQC）成品检验（FQC）跟单QC贸易/进出口
需要做班，可以用英文写质检报告
工作职责：
1.定制化产品生产前，结合客户需求制定品质标准，明确模具、样品（开发样、产前样、大货样）及成品的质检要点。
2.跟进定制化订单生产进度，排查品质隐患，确保生产符合既定标准。
3.对接客户与工厂，精准传递品质要求，协调解决相关疑问。
4.对模具、各类样品及成品进行严格质检，出具规范QC检验报告并提交客户。
5.按客户要求进行成品二次复检，监督货物装箱，杜绝不合格产品出库。
6.积累多品类质检经验，提出品质优化建议，完成相关辅助工作。
Operating Duty:
1.Formulate quality standards for customized products before production, clarify inspection points for molds, samples (development, pre-production, mass production) and finished products based on customer needs.
2.Track the production progress of customized orders, identify quality hazards, and ensure production meets established standards.
3.Coordinate with customers and factories, accurately convey quality requirements and resolve related questions.
4.Conduct strict quality inspection on molds, various samples and finished products, issue standardized QC inspection reports to customers.
5.Conduct secondary re-inspection of finished products as required, supervise goods packing, and prevent unqualified products from leaving the warehouse.
6.Accumulate multi-category quality inspection experience, put forward optimization suggestions and complete auxiliary work.
任职条件：
1.大专及以上学历，国贸、材料学、质量管控等相关专业优先。
2.3年及以上外贸质检经验，具备多品类及定制化产品质检经验，熟练使用ERP等相关系统。
3.英语沟通能力强，可独立撰写英文QC检验报告。
4.熟练使用办公软件，能运用Excel进行质检数据统计分析。
5.精通质检规范，能独立制定定制化产品品质标准，把控模具、样品及成品品质。
6.可适应不定期出差，责任心强，细心严谨，具备良好沟通及问题解决能力。
Job Requirements:
7.College degree or above, major in international trade, materials science, quality control is preferred.
8.More than 3 years of foreign trade quality inspection experience, with multi-category and customized product inspection experience, proficient in ERP and other systems.
9.Strong English communication skills, able to independently write English QC inspection reports.
10.Proficient in office software, able to use Excel for quality inspection data statistics and analysis.
11.Master quality inspection standards, able to formulate customized product quality standards and control the quality of molds, samples and finished products.
12.Able to adapt to irregular business trips, with strong sense of responsibility, careful and rigorous, good communication and problem-solving skills.
