工作职责:
1、独立开发客户,通过网络平台或获客软件等途径开拓市场顾客,寻找客源。
2、对接询盘客户,背调并建立客户档案信息。
3、跟进客户需求并转化成订单,确认客户需要的产品、数量、价格。
4、协助客户完成订单下单,跟进打样进度,确保订单的准确性。
5、与采购、跟单、财务等部门协调,反馈客户需求及问题,确保内部协作顺畅。
6、其他需要跟进的协助销售的工作。
Job Responsibilitie:
1. Develop customers independently, expand market customers through online platforms or customer acquisition software, and find customers.
2. Coordinate with inquiry customers, conduct background checks, and establish customer profile information.
3. Follow up on customer needs and convert them into orders, confirm the products, quantities, and prices required by customers.
4. Assist customers in completing order placement, follow up on sample progress, and ensure the accuracy of orders.
5. Coordinate with departments such as procurement, order tracking, and finance to provide feedback on customer needs and issues, ensuring smooth internal collaboration.
6. Other sales assistance tasks that require follow-up.
任职条件:
1、25-45岁,大专以上学历,国际贸易类、市场营销类专业。
2、2年以上外贸销售经验,或制造业海外销售经验,过往有不错的业绩表现。会使用ERP或其他客户服务系统。
3、能用英文与客户文字及视频交流,有较强的英语沟通能力,会希伯来语,能与以色列客户沟通更佳。
4、会熟练使用办公软件,包括:excel、word、powpoint等办公软件。
5、有较强的客户服务能力,沟通能力和团队协作能力。
6、目标感强,有冲劲,执行力强,具体解决问题的能力,有一定的抗压能力,能适应快节奏的销售工作。
Job requirements:
1. 25-45 years old, with a college degree or above, majoring in international trade or marketing.
2. More than 2 years of foreign trade sales experience, or overseas sales experience in the manufacturing industry,there have been good performance in the past.proficient in using ERP, or other customer service systems.
3. Capable of communicating with clients in English through text and video, with strong English communication skills, Proficient in Hebrew, able to communicate effectively with Israeli clients is a strong advantage.
4. Proficient in using office software, including Excel, Word, Powpoint, and other office software.
5. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Strong sense of purpose, strong drive, strong execution ability, specific problem-solving ability, certain ability to withstand pressure, can adapt to fast-paced sales work.
