We are hiring a Sourcing Merchandiser
to support sundries/accessories (labels, packaging, trims, etc.) for export
customers in USA and Europe. This role will work closely with sales to convert
inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries, understand cost targets
and product specs. - Source and negotiate competitive prices with
suppliers. - Arrange samples, follow up approvals and
testing. - Prepare quotations, POs and follow orders
through to shipment. - Maintain supplier database and cost records.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years sourcing/merchandising experience
in sundries/accessories for export. - Strong negotiation skills and cost
awareness. - Familiar with export documentation and basic
order process. - Good Excel and communication skills; ERP
experience a plus. - Proactive, quick learner, able to work under
time pressure.
