We are hiring an Accounting Clerk /
Data Entry staff (full‑time or part‑time) to help maintain accurate accounting
data in Odoo, so management can see monthly and quarterly P&L on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter daily accounting vouchers (sales,
purchases, expenses, bank) into Odoo. - Check source documents and ensure data
accuracy and completeness. - Assist with reconciliations and balance
checks under the accountant’s guidance. - Help prepare basic monthly reports/export
data for management. - Maintain organized digital and paper files.
- Requirements
- 1–3 years accounting clerk or data entry
experience. - Basic knowledge of accounting entries.
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP is a strong
plus. - Good Excel skills, high attention to detail,
careful with numbers. - Able to work independently and meet
timelines.
