1) 执行总部人力资源制度,建立完善学校各项人力资源管理制度,并有效推进落实; Implement the HR system of the headquarters and help improve and effectively push forward various HR management systems of the school. 2) 根据年度编制需求,按时完成外籍教师员工招聘任务,并协助配合完成中方员工招聘任务,制定学校年度外籍招聘预算;负责外籍招聘渠道拓展和维护; Complete the task of recruiting expat employees on time based on the annual headcount requirements, provide assistance during the recruitment of Chinese employees, formulate the school’s annual recruitment budget for expat employees, and be responsible for expanding and maintaining expat employee recruitment channels; 3) 负责学校外籍教师各类工作证件及其相关手续的申请和办理,并带领行政支持团队给予外籍员工提供相应生活辅助支持; Be responsible for the application and preparation of various work certificates and related procedures for expat teachers at the school and lead the administrative support team to provide daily support to expat employees. 4) 建立健全学校外事管理制度,统筹管理外籍员工关系,确保学校外事管理及制度合法合规; Establish and improve the school's expat affairs management system, and coordinate the management of expat employee relations, to ensure the legal compliance of the school's expat affairs management and system. 5) 了解、汇报、执行政府相关政策,确保学校外事等各项政策的执行合法合规; Gain insight into, report and execute relevant government policies, to ensure the school’s various expat affairs policies are practiced according to laws and regulations. 6) 组织中外籍教职工入职培训,促进团队融入哈罗企业文化;协助学部建立师资培训体系,实施完善各项人才培养计划及机制; Organise induction trainings for Chinese and expat faculty members to enhance the team engagement with Harrow’s corporate culture; assist different Sections in establishing teachers’ qualification training system and implement and improve various talent training programmers and mechanisms. 7) 进行人力资源开发,制定员工职业生涯规划和人才梯队搭建; Be responsible for human resources development, employee career planning and the building of talent teams. 8) 配合总部人力资源部完成行业薪酬福利调研以及薪酬核算发放相关工作; Cooperate with the HR department of the headquarters in doing industry compensation surveys, salary calculation and payroll payment relevant job. 9) 执行总部年度绩效考核制度,建立完善学校绩效考评标准及要求;协助各部组织实施考核,执行及时沟通反馈,提出合理化建议; Implement the headquarters’ annual performance evaluation system and improve the school’s performance evaluation standards and requirements; assist different departments in carrying out the evaluation, provide timely communication and feedback, and offer reasonable suggestions. 10) 负责带领行政支持团队组织策划及开展校园团队建设活动,体现人文关怀,创建校园文化。 Lead the administrative support team to plan, organise and carry out campus team building activities, to demonstrate human warmth and build the campus culture. 11)负责学校员工商业保险费用缴纳及管理,及入离职员工商业保险参保和退保工作。 Be responsible for the payment and management of commercial insurance fees for school employees, as well as the participation and cancellation of commercial insurance for incoming and outgoing employees. 12) 配合人力资源团队完成集团及学校上级安排的工作及任务。 Work with the HR team to deliver the work and tasks assigned by the Group and superiors in the school. 13)完成上级安排的其它工作任务,岗位JD将根据学校每学年人力部整体任务情况,适时更新调整。 Deliver other work and tasks arranged by superiors, JD may adjust according to school task in annual basis.
