This position will be mainly focus on Customer Quality related issues, responsible for new project APQP & PPAP, customer change and
customer quality audit coordinated, field quality and other quality related

1. To be windows about customer communication regarding quality

2. Work and establish the excellent relationship with customer
与客户建立良好的合作关系
3. Customer representative and ensure to only deliver the good parts to customer
客户代表,确保只向客户交付好的部件
4. Provide the proper and enough technical support to customer, such as customer on-site service
为客户提供适当和足够的技术支持,如客户现场服务
5. Regular customer visit to know well our product quality performance and listen customer’s voice and expectation
定期走访客户,了解我们的产品质量性能,倾听客户的声音和期望
6. Responsible of fast response for customer claim and solving of customer’s quality issue, such as 8D report etc., try to reduce customer claim lead-time
负责快速响应客户要求,解决客户的质量问题,如 8D 报告等,尽量缩短客户要求的周转时间
7. Track customer quality performance by internal customer quality indicators and the scorecard issue regularly by customer, issue internal quality alert for any serious customer issue or recurring customer issue
通过内部客户质量指标和记分卡定期跟踪客户的质量表现,对任何严重的客户问题或反复出现的客户问题发出内部质量警报
8. Report any customer issue to quality manager
向质量经理报告任何客户问题
9. Push and follow up product audit and product reliability test based on internal
audit plan ,product’s specification and customer’s requirement
根据内部审核计划、产品规格和客户要求,推动和跟进产品审核和产品可靠性测试
10. Lead the preparation of customer audit, including the close on time of action plan
领导客户审计准备工作,包括按时完成行动计划
11. Lead the warranty return analysis and follow up warranty cost, argue with customer for non-duplicated failure in order to reduce warranty cost
领导保修退货分析,跟进保修成本,与客户争论非重复故障,以降低保修成本
12. Prepare and submit monthly customer quality report
编制并提交月度客户质量报告
13. Lead annual customer satisfaction investigation
领导年度客户满意度调查
14. Other assigned quality related work
其他指定的质量相关工作
15. Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
参加信息安全保护培训,遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。
Job requirements:
任职要求
Ø Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学历
Ø Major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area.
机械、材料、自动化工业工程或汽车相关专业
Ø Work Experience 5 years or above relative job experience
工作经验 5年以上相关工作经验
Ø Be familiar to quality management system and key tools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D.
熟悉质量管理体系及关键质量工具,如APQP,PFMEA, MSA,SPC,PPAP,8D
Ø Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA, QFD, DoE, FMEA, DVP&R, SPC, Reliability, CQI11/15/23 etc.
对DFM / DFA,QFD,DoE,FMEA,DVP&R,SPC,可靠性等有基本的认识
Ø Familiar to GD&T and IATF16949, VDA6.3 auditor certification or IATF16949 internal auditor certification are preferred.
能识读图纸,并熟知GD&T规则,有IATF16949内审员或VDA6.3审核员证书更好
Ø Good knowledge of customer’s requirement
充分了解客户的要求
Ø Good organization, communication and coordination skills;
良好的组织、沟通和协调能力;
Ø Must have the awareness of information security protection.
