General description of the position:

Responsible for financial related work including but not limited to budget/FCST, general ledger,tax and internal control
负责芜湖工厂财务相关事宜，包括但不限于预算、预测、总账、税务及内控
Responsibilities:

General ledger
总帐
 Lead annual budget and monthly FCST
主导工厂年年度预算及月度预测
 Do the comparison and analysis between the actual and forecast
支持月结后实际数据与预测数据的对比分析
 Review accounting documents, make the reconciliation between general ledger and sub-ledgers
审核会计凭证，进行总账与子账对账
 Inter company reconciliation
公司间对账
 Payroll and related cost accrual and reverse
工资和相关成本的应计和冲销
 Other expense accrual and reverse
其他费用应计和冲销

Tax
税
 Responsible for daily taxation, including accounting and tax declaration
负责日常税务，包括会计和纳税申报
 Cooperate with the tax bureau to arrange the verification
配合税务局安排核查
 Collect and sort out the latest tax policies and regulations, and transfer to related employees timely
收集整理最新税收政策法规，及时移交给相关员工
 Tax planning, including but not limited to applying for high-tech enterprises
税务筹划，包括但不限于申请高新技术企业
 Cooperate with the group to complete the quarterly tax estimate
配合集团完成季度税务估算

 Assist Finance controller, assist Finance manager to carry out internal control and risk management
协助财务总监，协助财务经理进行内部控制和风险管理
 Based on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, review the company's internal processes regularly
根据相关法律法规和公司政策，定期审查公司内部流程
 Assist Finance controller, cooperate with the external and internal control inspection work, complete internal audit
协助财务总监，配合外部和内控检查工作，完成内部审计

Job requirements:
任职要求：
 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting or related field
本科及以上学历，会计或相关专业
 3-5 years GL working experience in auto industry
必须拥有3-5年GL汽车行业工作经验
 Good knowledge of accounting and tax
良好的会计和税务知识
 Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
熟悉美国公认会计原则和中国公认会计原则
 Skillful in office software
熟练使用office软件
 Familiar with SAP
熟悉SAP
 Good English and Chinese both written and verbal
必须良好的中英文书面和口语能力
 Be good at teamwork
善于团队合作
 Must have the awareness of information security protection.
