外贸采购员

岗位职责：Job Description
1.Develop new suppliers, audit new suppliers, manage suppliers
2.Responsible for achieving procurement targets and plans
3.Draft, execute and follow up the purchase contract, track and control the delivery time of the purchased goods
4.Follow up product quality and product arrival in warehouse
5.Deal with supplier quality one round negotiation and communication, deal with return and exchange and general compensation
6.Organize and keep purchase records, purchase contracts, supplier information（Maintain the Database ）
7.Coordinate the working relationship between various departments
任职要求：Job Requirements
1.One-year sourcing experience required
2.Experienced in online shopping, good at online search and familiar with the platform shopping process
2. Proficient in using office software
3. Have good communication skills, love learning, serious working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
4. Able to negotiate and compare prices, familiar with supplier review process
5. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. Honesty and self-discipline
