职位描述
1. 提供高质量的线束设计和技术支持，以确保线束设计的质量。
2. 与供应商沟通，把控项目开发节点
3. 开发和实施有效的生产流程，确保生产过程中的线束问题得到解决并达到项目目标。
4. 持续改进现有线束设计和生产流程，使其更加高效和低成本。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程或相关专业背景。
2. 至少2年的线束设计和生产经验，熟悉线束制造工艺和设备。
3. 熟练使用CAD等相关软件，能够快速高效地完成线束设计。
4. 能够与多个部门紧密合作，优秀的沟通和协调能力，以最大限度地提高生产效率。
