职位描述
2 负责组织开展OTA 活动、及升级成功率管理和效果评估;
3 负责对接国家质检总局开展相关OTA 相关的法律法规监管工作。
.4 负责接收总局转派的客户投诉信息,协调销售运营安抚客户妥善处置,将处置结果反馈总局;
5 负责在总局管理平台进行销售数据、客户清单、市场活动等例行信息备案;
6 负责组织召开召回及服务活动的相关会议和资料准备;
7 负责召回和市场服务活动的实施,总局召回相关法规的应对,以及召回及服务活动的跟踪、效果评估及改进。
