职位描述
1.负责试验体系建设、优化与程序文件更新，满足 CNAS / TUV 等体系要求
承接不同阶段的安全性能测试验证：整车级 / 约束系统级 / 零部件级
2.衔接项目安全开发：完成前期测试规划 & 测试矩阵定义 → 测试报告 → 优化改进方案
3.跟踪全球最新安全测试技术与规范动向，推进新测试能力系统建设
4.实验室测试业务统筹：设施、测试对象、辅助耗材的合理调配与有序开展
任职要求：
要求年限（初级1-3；中级3-5；高级5-8）以上汽车行业相关岗位经验
