职位描述
2. 全程跟进项目质量问题，把控问题节点、偏差整改，推动问题闭环。
3. 识别项目开发技术风险，评估风险等级并落实防控措施。
4. 负责SCA质量数据统计、汇报跟进，跟踪PPAP进度及异常偏差。
5. 管理产线及市场现场早期预警，及时处理质量异常。
开发阶段：技术风险管理、RFQ/CAD质量就绪、问题管控、APQP跟进、资料追溯管理。
量产阶段：质量问题整改围堵、APQP/PPAP及偏差管理、来料检验跟进、SCA/KPI会议筹备、市场车辆缺陷及现场预警跟进。
二、岗位要求
1. 学历：车辆、机械、电气、质量管理相关专业。
2. 经验：3年以上汽车行业质量相关工作经验。
3. 语言：具备基础英语工作读写能力。
4. 技能：熟悉整车及零部件开发、制造流程；掌握APQP、PPAP、8D、六西格玛等质量工具，具备风险识别及问题闭环能力。
