负责判断半导体器件的应用，识别问题点，并推动供应商整改。
负责审查相关测试报告、识别问题点并推动供应商整改。
协调项目负责人与供应商之间的沟通，以负责相关部件。
基于需求的设计测试，最佳实践(电源需由供应商提供)
