Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1. Globally responsible for overall affairs
from project preparation to actual execution, including business communication,
customer interface, contract preparation, service delivery, etc.
2. Fully responsible for operational and business issues during project execution.
3. Coordinate internal vendor resource pools to promptly respond to client needs.
4. Monitor vendor team delivery risks (e.g., insufficient personnel skills) and execute preventive measures.
5. Ensure 100% compliance with global contract data regulations and lead audit material preparation.
6. Establish global major incident response mechanisms to coordinate vendors and internal teams for rapid cross-time zone crisis handling.
Job Requirements:
Education:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management or related fields.
Work Experience:
1. 10+ years of IT project management
experience, including 5+ years managing global teams of 100+ people (must
include cross-regional teams).
2. Successfully led multinational vendor co-construction projects with experience in hybrid local deployment + remote delivery models.
3. Proficient in global O&M frameworks (7×24 multi-time zone support, multi-language service scheduling, cross-cultural collaboration).
Certifications:
1. PMP/PRINCE2 (Project Management) or ITIL4 Managing Professional (Service Management) certification is preferred.
2. ISO 27001/20000 Lead Auditor (Compliance Audit) experience is preferred.

Language:
1. Fluent Chinese and English with excellent written and oral expression skills.
2. Familiarity with other languages is a plus.
