职位描述
有机合成多肽小核酸寡核苷酸
岗位职责
1）按照项目主管整体安排，负责具体研发，通过实验收集可靠的数据，用以支撑工艺的可靠性。
2）负责包括但不限于：设计路线、反应的控制及纯化等
3）及时处理反应过程中所遇到的问题，得到目标化合物
1) Conduct specific R&D tasks under the Project Lead's direction; collect reliable data through experiments to support process reliability.
2) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: route design, literature review (English), reaction control and purification.
3) Troubleshoot reaction processes promptly to obtain target compounds.

多肽、小核酸、有机化学、分析化学、生物化学、有机合成、药物合成相关专业
Peptides, oligonucleotides, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Synthesis, Pharmaceutical Synthesis, or related fields. Solid foundational knowledge required.
