Animal Research Technician Position in ‘Regenerative Biology and Medicine’

A position is available for a highly skilled Technician with experience working with mouse/rodent models. Our lab wish to identify fundamental cellular and molecular principles of tissue/organ regeneration, and develop a knowledge basis for therapeutic strategies in clinical use. We employ various surgery models to study tissue/organ regeneration, and also to study pathologic tissue progression (organ & cutaneous tissue fibrosis).
Candidates should ideally be experienced with various mouse surgeries in both fetal stages and adult stages of development, mouse organ transplantations, tissue isolations, with the necessary course certificates to carry out extensive mouse related procedures. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge in mouse anatomy, and physiology, and should have experience in writing, submission, and approvals of mouse related protocols. Additional experience in tissue culture will be a bonus. Soft skill includes strong attention to details and communication skills in English language.
