质检实习生

1. 执行检验和取样任务，并及时记录检验结果Perform inspection and sampling tasks, and record inspection results in time：
2.按照标准或内控标准的要求，完成规定的检测项目Complete the specified test items according to the requirements of the standard or internal control standard；
3.根据检测项目进行化学品的配制Preparation of chemicals according to test items；
4.每日按车间生产进度完成半成品和成品检测：吸湿性、溶解性、堆密度、粘度、PH、电导率、透过率、过氧化物、二氧化硫、水分、灰分、蛋白质、杂质、气味、口感等Test semi-finished products and finished products daily according to the workshop production schedule: hygroscopic, solubility, bulk density, viscosity, PH, conductivity, permeability, peroxide, sulfur dioxide, moisture, ash, protein, impurities, odor, taste, etc；
5.原料检测：感官、水分、灰分、PH、电导率、蛋白质Raw material test: sensory, moisture, ash, PH, conductivity, protein；
6.辅料检测：感官、水分、PH、浓度excipient test: sensory, moisture, PH, concentration；
7.配合车间，检测工艺要求检测项目Cooperate with the workshop to test the process requirements；
8.配合洁净区取样微生物检测Cooperate with clean area sampling for microbial detection；
9.产品持续稳定性考察、均一性验证Continuous stability inspection and uniformity verification of products；
10.检测完成，按照要求进行记录，并且录入数据至服务器；填写各种原始记录及化验数据，必须实事求是，不篡改数据，做好各种报表收集和整理工作After the test is completed, record according to requirements, and input data to the server; Fill in all kinds of original records and laboratory data, must be realistic, do not tamper with the data, do a good job in the collection and sorting of various reports；

13.定期进行自检项目的检验，并及时负责同计量部门定期检验所用计量设备，以确保化验和分析的准确性Regularly carry out the inspection of the self-inspection items, and be responsible for the regular inspection of the measuring equipment with the measuring department in time to ensure the accuracy of the test and analysis；
14.负责药品的登记保管、清理Be responsible for the registration, storage and cleaning up of drugs；
15.应熟悉药品的特性，对易燃、易爆、有毒及贵重药品专门保管，严控使用，并详细登记should be familiar with the characteristics of drugs, flammable, explosive, toxic and valuable drugs special storage, strict control of use, and detailed registration；
16.按日常用量及特殊要求提前做好计划，对所缺药品及时上报，对本岗位物品药品能源及消耗指标负责Plan in advance according to the daily dosage and special requirements, report the missing drugs in time, and be responsible for the energy and consumption indicators of the post。
17.每日完成检测后对所处岗位进行清洁，保证化验器皿及物品放置整齐Clean the site after testing every day to ensure that the laboratory utensils and articles are placed neatly；

岗位要求：

1. 食品科学、化学、化工等相关专业专科以上学历；College degree or above in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering or related majors;
2. 能接受倒班Can handle shift work
3. 工作严谨，责任心强Rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility
4. 沟通能力强，能够按时完成工作任务Strong communication skills, able to complete work tasks on time.

5. 能够适应倒班，早班：08:00-17:30；中班 16:00-24:00； 夜班 24:00-08:00

6. 必须为2026年毕业生，2025或已经毕业候选人无法考虑。
