日常工作职责：
Routine Job Responsibility:
1. 遵守并确保下属及承包商遵守公司安全规则。
Observe and ensure that subordinates and contractors abide by the company's safety rules.
2. 材料控制 Material control
83 检查组长、QC的来料及发放记录；Inspect the incoming and issuance records of the inspection team leader and QC.
83 检查材料的情况；Inspect the condition of the materials.
83 确保项目负责人归还额外的未使用的材料至仓库，并且控制用量，使浪费最小化。Ensure that the project leader returns any unused extra materials to the warehouse and controls the usage to minimize waste.
3. 项目管理 Project Management
83 根据项目计划及要求，计划、安排承包商人力；Plan and arrange contractor manpower according to project plans and requirements.
83 检查项目进度及报告；Inspect project progress and report.
83 检查项目进展KPI并且达到KPI；Inspect the project progress KPIs and meet the KPI *******.
83 处理船东船检意见；Handle the feedback from the shipowner and ship inspection.
83 评估组长制作的材料清单；Evaluate the material list prepared by the team leader.
83 管理承包商达到KPI；Manage the contractor to meet KPI *******.
83 参加VSCC会议，与其他部门协调工作；Attend VSCC meetings and coordinate work with other departments.
83 检查现场油漆临时存放点，保证承包商油漆存放符合安全及环保要求。Inspect the temporary storage locations for paint on site to ensure that the contractor's paint storage meetssafety and environmental protection requirements.
4. 承包商管理 Contractor management
83 指导承包商安全工作、监督进度、质量等；Guide the contractor in safety work, supervise progress, quality, and other aspects.
83 监督承包商的资源管理。Supervise the contractor's resource management.
5. 部门管理 Department management
83 计划及安排部门员工工作；Plan and arrange the work of department employees.
83 推行公司及部门的相关政策执行；Implement the relevant policies of the company and the department.
83 积极主动参与部门改进。Actively participate in departmental improvements.
6. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
