To improve our employees’ English communication skills and better meet the demands of international business, we now invite an experienced and passionate foreign English teacher to join our training team and provide professional English training for our staff in the high-end office area on the 25th floor of Yuchai Building.

Job Responsibilities

Course Teaching: Design and teach English courses tailored to employees’ actual English levels, focusing on daily workplace and business English. Emphasis will be placed on improving listening, speaking and business writing skills.

Scenario Simulation: Organize practical simulations based on the company’s business characteristics, including international business negotiations, email writing, overseas client reception, and English product introduction.

Cultural Integration: Help employees understand Western business culture and communication norms to reduce cross-cultural communication barriers.

Progress Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations, track learning outcomes, and adjust teaching plans based on feedback.

Teaching Materials: Prepare or develop courseware and supplementary materials independently or using company-provided resources.
Job RequirementsNationality & Language: Native English speaker (from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, etc.) or near-native fluency with a standard accent.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent international teaching certification is preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching adult English or business English. Experience teaching in large enterprises or manufacturing companies is a plus.

Professionalism: Patient, humorous, approachable, with strong classroom interaction skills and the ability to motivate adult learners.

Adaptability: Understanding and respect for Chinese culture, willingness to work in Yulin long-term or on a regular basis.

【岗位职责】
课程教学：根据公司员工的实际英语水平（主要为职场日常及商务英语），设计并教授英语课程。重点提升学员的听力、口语及商务写作能力。
场景模拟：结合公司业务特点，组织模拟国际商务谈判、邮件书写、海外客户接待及产品英文介绍等实战场景。
文化融入：帮助员工了解西方商务文化及沟通习惯，减少跨文化沟通障碍。
进度评估：定期对学员进行测评，跟踪学习效果，并根据反馈调整教学计划。
教材准备：自行准备或根据公司提供的资料编写教学课件及辅助材料。
【任职要求】
国籍与语言：英语为母语（如美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、爱尔兰等）或英语流利达到母语水平，口音纯正。
学历要求：本科及以上学历。拥有TESOL、TEFL、CELTA或同等国际教师资格认证者优先。
工作经验：具有至少2年以上成人英语或商务英语教学经验；有在大型企业或制造业企业授课经历者优先。
职业素养：耐心、幽默、具备极强的亲和力和课堂互动能力，能够激发成年学员的学习兴趣。

适应能力：能够理解和尊重中国文化，愿意在玉林长期或定期工作。
