1. 根据维修计划、SWI要求完成PM维修任务，提供设备维护服务。

2. 执行设备计划性巡检与预测性跟踪，并基于检查跟踪结果如实、清晰、完整地录入SAP系统。

3. 根据维修计划员的PM、修复件及停产维修计划，按标准操作和维修规范及时完成维修任务，并如实记录工作结果。

4. 根据现场技术人员的应急维修通知，及时分析故障原因，提出建议或解决方案，配合现场技术人员迅速排除设备故障，保证生产顺利进行。

5. 完成质量PI、工作记录；传递、交接当班期间的运行、质量状态与变更信息，完整履行交接班。

6. 负责设备的定置管理，执行区域内的5S。

7. 向主管及时汇报生产、质量、ES过程中的PI异常，及时纠正、调整、提交异常报告。

8. 完成上级领导安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

学历要求：大专及以上学历，机械/电气/自动化专业优先。

工作经验：2年以上设备维护工作经验。

个人能力：

- 熟悉基本机械、电气原理。

- 具备较强的故障分析、判断、解决能力。

- 良好的跟踪、反馈和执行能力。

- 良好的沟通和表达能力。

- 英语良好者优先。

其他：接受倒班工作制。

Responsibilities:

1. Complete PM maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan and SWI requirements, providing equipment maintenance services;
2. Conduct scheduled inspections and predictive tracking of equipment, and accurately, clearly, and completely record the inspection results in the SAP system;
3. Complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner according to the PM, repair parts, and production stop maintenance plan of the maintenance planner, following standard operating procedures and maintenance specifications, and truthfully record the results of the work;
4. Based on the emergency repair notification from on-site technicians, promptly analyze the cause of the malfunction, propose recommendations or solutions, collaborate with on-site technicians to quickly resolve equipment failures, and ensure smooth production operations;
5. Complete the quality PI and work records; transmit and hand over operational and quality status as well as change information during the shift, ensuring a thorough shift handover;
6. Responsible for the fixed-position management of equipment and the implementation of 5S within the designated area;
7. Report PI anomalies in production, quality, and ES processes to the supervisor promptly, and take timely corrective actions, adjustments, and submit anomaly reports;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qulification:

Education: College degree or above, mechanical/electrical/automation major is perferred.

Work experience: Over 2 years of equipment Maintenance experience.

Personal abilities:

-Familiar with basic mechanical and electrical principles.
-Strong ability in fault analysis, judgment, and resolution.

-Good tracking, feedback and execution abilities.
-Good communication and expression skills.
-Priority given to those with good English proficiency.
