职位描述
1、参与项目投标阶段的技术支持，解读建筑图纸、招标文件及规范要求，及技术答疑文件；
2、 幕墙深化设计（包括施工图、节点详图、竣工图、下单等），确保深化设计符合原建筑设计意图、国家规范及现场施工条件；
3、现场技术问题解决：实时跟踪施工进度，排查技术隐患（如尺寸偏差、材料兼容、结构安全等）；
4、协调设计、施工等多方技术分歧。
任职要求:
1. 3 年以上幕墙项目技术管理经验，熟悉玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、铝板一体板幕墙等至少 2-3 类主流幕墙系统的设计与施工工艺；
2. 具备较强的现场问题解决能力，能快速响应施工中的技术突发状况（如尺寸偏差、安装干涉等）
3. 抗压能力强，适应项目现场驻场（部分阶段）及多任务并行的工作节奏。
