任职要求 Qualifications
学历与专业 Education & Major
- 本科及以上学历;
Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- 人力资源管理、教育学、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先;
Majors in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields are preferred.
工作经验 Work Experience
- 具备2年及以上培训或人力资源相关工作经验;
At least 2 years of experience in training or HR-related roles.
- 有制造业或大型企业从业背景者优先;
Experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is preferred.
技能与能力 Skills & Competencies
- 熟练使用办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),并能操作公司内部培训管理系统;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and capable of operating internal training management systems.
- 具备培训项目的组织与协调能力,熟悉课程开发、实施及评估流程;
Strong ability to organize and coordinate training programs, with knowledge of course development, delivery, and evaluation processes.
- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神及服务意识;
Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a service-oriented mindset.
- 英语能力优秀,能够独立开展英语培训授课并完成培训材料的编写与编辑;
Excellent English proficiency, capable of independently delivering training sessions and developing training materials in English.
工作内容 Job Description
培训体系与计划 Training System & Planning
- 根据公司海外业务发展及当地用工需求,协助制定并实施年度培训计划;
Assist in developing and implementing annual training plans based on overseas business needs and local workforce requirements.
- 参与海外员工培训体系的搭建与持续优化,确保符合公司政策及当地法律法规;
Support the establishment and continuous improvement of overseas training systems in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
培训项目组织与实施 Training Program Delivery
- 负责新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训及通用能力培训的组织与执行;
Organize and deliver onboarding, job skills, and general competency training programs for overseas employees.
- 协调内部讲师及外部培训资源,确保培训项目按计划落地;
Coordinate internal trainers and external training providers to ensure effective training delivery.
- 根据项目需要,独立开展英语培训课程的授课工作;
Independently deliver English training sessions as required by business operations.
培训评估与档案管理 Training Evaluation & Records
- 组织培训效果评估,收集反馈并形成培训分析报告;
Conduct training evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare training analysis reports.
- 负责海外员工培训档案、培训记录及相关数据的维护与管理;
Maintain training records, employee training files, and related data for overseas staff.
跨文化沟通与支持 Cross-cultural Support
- 协助处理海外员工培训过程中的沟通协调工作,促进跨文化理解与合作;
Support communication and coordination during training activities to promote cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
- 为海外业务团队提供培训相关支持与专业建议;
Provide training-related support and professional guidance to overseas business teams.
