1. Responsible for the new plant quality system development and rolling out.
2, Implement and maintain IATF16949 System, Benteler QM System.
3, Ensure that all quality system procedures are maintained at all times.
4, Ensure hit quality system targets in plant level.
5, Organize and participate internal and external system audit and process audit.
6, To train others for quality system if needed.
7, Identity and execute new or updated laws, regulations and Benteler Standards.
8, Supporting Benteler others plant jobs if need.
9, Other duties and assignments given by Quality manager.
