职位描述
1. 负责深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制；
2. 负责设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸；
3. 负责参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；
4. 负责工程项目的施工现场变更及竣工图制作；
5. 负责跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；
6. 协助配合在各项材料以及项目进度上跟进。
7. 完成上级领导安排的其他任务；
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历，建筑学、室内设计、环境艺术设计相关专业；
2. 有3年以上建筑、装饰设计相关工作经验，熟悉建筑的设计工作；
3. 熟练使用各类设计软件；
4. 较强的沟通协调能力，富有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
