Tooling & Process Engineer

Main tasks：
1. Conception and Specification of production tools and gauge
2. Creation and Update of tool requirement specifications
3. 3. Further Development & Improvement of Tooling and Gauge Concepts
4. Collaboration in the further development of thetool-supplier-portfolio (together with GPS)
5. Analyze and assess tooling inquiries and support machinery price negotiations (Cost break down analysis, define target costs)
6. 6. Responsible for Design, Pre-Acceptance and Acceptance Tests and Handing over of Tools to production plants.
7. 7. Project Management with regard to tool acquisition and development; especially tracking the status and ensure timely finishing and handover.
8. Planning and execution of adjustments for existing tools based on Engineering Change & VAVE
9. New product industrilization

Additional tasks:
1.Verify, suggest and implement possible improvements (VAVE)
2.Support & lead tooling topics for Americas and Europe Region in close exchange
