R&D Director in France/America/Europe/Australia（博士、博士后）

Responsibilities:
1. Hold accountable to President and CSO through delivery.
2. Set up R&D 3Y strategy and organization development.
3. Manage R&D budget.
4. Be science spokesperson for company.
5. Recruit and develop team members.
6. Build great work relationship and communication channel with global R&D team.

7. Contribute to corporate through research results and new tech trend and support on the gound.
8. Ensure smooth operation of R&D.
9. Ensure on time delivery of NPD programs with high quality.
10. Maintain good relationship with EU dermatologist board, suppot brands with extemal and internal expertise endorsement.

Requirements:

1、Overseas doctor/postdoc, more than 3 years of experience

2、Papers, patents, conference requirements

5. 招募和发展团队成员。

8. 确保研发工作的顺利进行。
