英文订单助理/销售助理
唯一的要求：书面英文保证，须有基本的读写能力！！！
Duties工作职责：
1、 Dealing with clients’ consultation, placing orders and other related things；Processing clients’ accounts in systems, all documents处理客户订单及所有相关事宜，处理系统内客户相关账号及所有相关文件;
2、 Manage the customers who are located in local city mainly and areas close; 负责跟进国内客户，以当前城市及周边客户为主
3、 Actively and effectively recommend customers for better/bigger sales orders (usually online sales) ; good clients’ interactions by wechat, phone calls, emails and etc. 积极有效推荐客户我司产品特色，促进销售（线上销售）；积极通过微信、电话、邮件等方式，与客户进行有效、及时沟通;
4、 Handling various complaints, maintain good relationship with customers, and develop customer satisfaction and re-purchase rate处理各类投诉，维护良好客户关系，提到客户满意度和复购率
5、 Keeping a close work relationship with warehouse/logistics department in China for order delivery and other related matters internally and externally. 与国内仓库物流各部门紧密合作，及时处理回复各类订单发货、物流问题。
6、 Assistance to sales department for all related matters协助销售部门处理相关事宜
7、 Following company/leaders’ work arrangements, work procedures, company regulations处理领导安排的相关工作、遵循公司工作流程和公司规章制度;
Requirement任职要求：
1、University degree or above本科及以上学历；
2、 Basic English communication with clients and colleagues基本英语听说能力，用于日常客户服务和公司内部沟通；
3、 At least 2 years of working experience in e-marketing (Taobao, Westore, Tiktok and other channels), preferably in food related industries至少2年电商工作经验(淘宝、微店、抖音等渠道)，有食品相关行业经验更佳
4、 Having some sales related working experience is preferred有销售经验者更加；
5、 Love food and social life, with high sensitivity, excellent communication ability and team spirit热爱美食，喜欢社交，敏锐度高，拥有优秀的沟通能力和团队精神
6、 Have strong pressure resistance有较强的抗压能力
