SCM Director 供应链总监

岗位职责
1、结合公司业务发展战略，制定供应链中长期规划，研判行业趋势与各类风险，搭建敏捷高效、低成本可持续的供应链体系。
2、统筹采购、生产协同、库存管控、仓储物流及订单履约全链路，优化核心物料采购策略，平衡成本、质量与交付；管控库存健康度，优化仓储物流布局，，推动跨部门协同，提升供应链周转效率、降低运营成本。
3、搭建供应商准入、评估及分级管理体系，维护核心供应商关系；牵头识别供应链各类风险，建立预警与应急机制，保障供应链稳定；确保采购、物流等环节合规，掌握APQP工具者优先。
4、推动供应链数字化转型，优化SCM、ERP等管理系统，实现数据可视化与精细化管理。
5、搭建专业团队，制定培养与激励机制，带领团队完成年度目标，具备8年以上团队管理经验优先。
6、对接行业头部资源，引入先进管理经验；完成上级交办的专项工作，协调内外部资源保障供应链顺畅运转。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械、电子类等相关专业。
2、10年以上供应链管理经验，其中至少5年以上在制造业担任供应链全面管理职务。
3、拥有成功的跨国供应链管理经验，曾直接、频繁地管理海外工厂、分支机构或核心国际供应商。
4、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言进行深度技术讨论、商务谈判及日常管理。
5、具备出色的团队领导、跨部门协同及在复杂环境下决策的能力。
6、有知名新能源制造企业同等岗位经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities
1. In alignment with the company's business development strategy, formulate medium and long-term supply chain plans, analyze industry trends and various risks, and build an agile, efficient, low-cost and sustainable supply chain system.
2. Oversee the end-to-end processes of procurement, production coordination, inventory control, warehousing and logistics, and order fulfillment. Optimize procurement strategies for core materials to balance cost, quality and delivery performance; monitor inventory health, optimize warehousing and logistics layout, drive cross-departmental collaboration, improve supply chain turnover efficiency and reduce operational costs.
3. Establish a supplier admission, evaluation and classification management system, and maintain relationships with core suppliers. Take the lead in identifying various supply chain risks, build early warning and emergency response mechanisms to ensure supply chain stability; ensure compliance in procurement, logistics and other related processes. Candidates with proficiency in the APQP tool are preferred.
4. Drive the digital transformation of the supply chain, optimize management systems such as SCM and ERP, and realize data visualization and refined management.
5. Build a professional team, formulate training and incentive mechanisms, and lead the team to achieve annual targets. Candidates with 8+ years of team management experience are preferred.
6. Connect with top-tier industry resources and introduce advanced management experience; complete special tasks assigned by superiors, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or other related majors.
2. 10+ years of supply chain management experience, with at least 5+ years in a full-scale supply chain management role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in cross-border supply chain management, with a track record of directly and frequently managing overseas factories, branches or core international suppliers.
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of using English as a working language for in-depth technical discussions, business negotiations and daily management.
5. Demonstrated excellence in team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration and decision-making in complex environments.
6. Candidates with equivalent work experience in well-known new energy manufacturing enterprises are preferred.
